The next Altamira #1 HOA Board of Directors Meeting is:

Homeowners are encouraged to attend and may address the Board during the Open Forum. (A limit of three-minutes is allowed for each presenter in order to complete the rest of the Agenda.) Homeowners may not address the Board once the Open Forum segment is over, however all homeowners are encouraged to come early, take notes and contact Kyle Kruger, CMCA, AMS at Walters Management so that concerns may be included on the Agenda for the next Board meeting.
